SSA offers a full 10 Year Refurbishment and Major Inspection service of your EWP Access Equipment is also a compulsory requirement to meet strict Australian standards.

 

Once your machine arrives into our Caboolture workshop, our rebuild process can begin with a preliminary inspection by our experienced rebuild specialists that includes a full function test of the access machine. This is a requirement that helps indicate any faults and existing damage that may be present in the machine. 

 

After that, we clean and dismantle the machine, thoroughly inspect it, and take note of machine parts that will require attention.

The next step is a full crack test to locate any defects. Once this has been undertaken, we order the parts required to repair the machine, and then do a complete reassembly.

 

We finalise the rebuild with a full-function test then sign off the machine once cleared. We also offer optional extras to our customers, such as a post-rebuild paint job. Throughout the process, we notify and advise our customers on the progress of their machine servicing, as well as any issues that have or may arise before we proceed.
